Aparrently there are people in this country who cant bear to see memorials to this country's brave soldiers who have fought and died to protect the freedom and prosperity of this great country. The ACLU is getting way outta hand with thier so called "rights", too bad they cant figure out and respect the people who gave thier lives for those "rights".

This is a simple petition about a WW I memorial in the mojave desert that one single Oregon resident finds too offensive to look at. He sued the state of California to tear down this simple cross in the desert that was constructed by WW I veterans to commemorate thier fallen buddies. The government has covered up the memorial pending an appeal in the supreme court.

I CAN say one thing...I am not big on crosses all over the place and you will not find me in the church of laderday saints but i can say i respect what it stands for a war memorial or a good friend whom lost there life........

Thank you 450rider for bringing this to everyone attention...It is a very important cause for what americans stand for...the right for freedom. This should not be torn down.

but wait America voted for change! they wanted a president that's wife despises the American flag. They voted for a president that went after a running mates daughter for being pregnant at 17, when his own self is a bastard child and mom was pregnant at 17, he judged people and called people out when his own father was a alcoholic that died driving drunk.

These are the same people that want to remove these rights. I miss the day when going to the principals office meant you had a soar rear for the next few classes. How about the days when mom said you better wait till your father gets home and you busted your but cleaning and kissing rear so you would not get in trouble. I know that we make our cracks on the other races but I can tell you for the most part they still fear doing something wrong cause mama is going to break out the sandals.

What happened to the days when you would go outside at 7am and come home at dark playing all day in the dirt and in the mudd, you know thinking of my parents never looked for me all day.......oh yeah cause I lived in a society that they trusted my friends parents and would call them to check on me not text me. Thats right isn't it wierd parents getting to know your friends and their parents not just the people they go to the desert with and drink with...

How about the days when we could afford to go to the ball game with the whole family and not have to re-fi the house? Days when the Superbowl was on the commercials were the best part because they did not have to sweat some right wing politician that would cry the next day.....a Superbowl were a boob could slip out and we knew it was a accident and all was ok move on.

Well there is my rant sorry!
