Speedweeks are here, lets start talkin about the greatest motorsport in the world.
1st practice yesterday had a 6 car crash out of the tri-oval, caused by a missunderstanding of lane choice by Denny Hamilin #11 and Mark Martin #5.
The Bud Shootout is this weekend and there will be plenty of good pre-season racing. Lets see if Dale Jr's beard will help him out this year.
I myself am a fan of Jeff Gordon but also a fan of the entire Hendrick team. Jimmy Johnson, Dale Jr, and Mark Martin are the superteam that is Hendrick Motorsports.
Lets hear about your favorite drivers and start getting some predictions about the favorites for the Daytona 500 on Sunday Feb. 14.

I know next to nothing about Nascar, I did go to the Phoenix International Raceway last year and had a blast, so I am glad that it is starting up again soon.

Hopefully Jr pulls out of his funk this year but I'm rooting for Mark Martin that guy deserves to win a championship.

I'm glad Jamie McMurray won, but was really pullin for Jr on the last lap. I think his beard was catching too much wind there.

Jr seem to come from nowhere. He went from 5th to 2nd in 200 yards. Pretty impressive with or without the beard!

I missed the race at Fontana this weekend, but I am now in a fantasy racing league on ESPN with a bunch of friends, turns out, Kasey Kahne was a bad pick, I came in damn near last place
