My folks will be celebrating there 50th next year, and to my surprise they want to have a huge family gathering at the river somewhere. They asked me to help plan it so I'm looking for a place to rent, a really large place, close to or on the water is even better. So I''m looking for suggestions, recommendations and what not. WE ARE NOT CONCERNED WITH THE PRICE. Thanks in advance......Billet

I think they want more of a resort type of a thing, catering room service and a like

It sounds like you want something on the river in Parker, but if Havasu is an option, let me know. Not on the water, but a nice place none the less. And you can put your boat in the garage.
