Ok so this is the issue...my moms macbook wont get past the grey screen. I have tried the hold down D and I get a folder with a ? mark. I pulled out the load CD or reboot whatever you call it, then hold down option. I get the mouse arrow to show up and it moves around but after 5 min it ejects the disk!
Help! Ideas? Besides a sledge hammer??

I have never had that problem (knocking on my wood), so I can not help you out... just try the sledge!!!

Man wish i could help you DJ but it looks like it's still a PC world still can't afford those Macs
