Nice, wow 7000 SF thats a pretty nice size place, pretty roomy so u can keep some of the nicer toys inside huh. The site looks good keep it up & keep adding to it. Good Luck

theres 3 buildings on the property, the 2500sqft im in now is going to stay welding and customs stuff, theres a 4000sqft building thats going to be auto repair and exhaust on one side and automotive machining on the otherside, then theres a 600sqft lube bay.. im super stoked about everything thats going on and everything the shop has to offer! Thanks again everyone!

That sounds very impressive, Awesome Good luck with yur new shop Hope the best for you. Going have to swing by & check it out one of these days on the way into Havasu. Maybe do a quick oil & lube while I'm at it.
