Anyone been up river yet to see the new construction?

I saw when it was all demolished a few weeks ago. They had not started building anything.
From my understanding they were ordered to halt construction due to some permit issues with the EPA or one of the many many government and law enforcement agencies that have jurisdiction on the river. Hopefully that is not true and they are laying the new foundation as I type this!

Wow, that would be a bummer for sure. I know on their website that wanted to have the Spa, restaurant, and travel center open by this river season. OUCH!!
I'm sure we will haul ass up there on Desert storm weekend so i will check it out and try to snap a few pics. So pumped for that weekend.

My parents were just up there this weekend checking it out and they said it was still demolished. No construction started as of yet. Such a bummer I was hoping to make it the new party spot!
